A new position of Customer Service Co-ordinator has been created at 3M


Neolechnic. Although part of the Logistics function, the job holder will represent the interests of our customers and will therefore ensure that all the customers requirements are met and even exceeded.


The main responsibilities will be to handle sales enquiries, manage customer demand, process orders, provide sales support, progress outstanding orders, review levels of service and provide information to both the customers and the Management team at 3M Neolechnic.


The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and have had at least three years experience of a customer service role. Additional qualities of commitment, adaptability, a positive attitude and good communication skills are required for this


demanding role.
