The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modification, will be to divert: i) that part ot Public Footpath No. 13. Downham. Ribble Valley Borough from its junction with Twiston Lane at (Grid Reference 8041 4422) in a genera! south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 115 metres to (Grid Reference 8035 4412);
