M I S E R A B L E , r a i n y weather on Sunday after­ noon failed to dampen the spirits of the Rimington and District Gardening Club members as they staged their late summer flower and vegetable show at the Memorial Institute. A colourful array of pro­


duce filled the room and club chairman Mrs Susan Gravcston welcomed com­ petitors and visitors. She in t ro d u c e d M r John Knapp, parish councillor and s e c re ta ry of th e - Memorial Institute Man­ agement Committee, who declared the show open. He presented trophies
