NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lancashire County Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 or and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act.
1984, the effect of which will be to:-
1. Revoke the existing Lancashire County Council (Moor Lane, . Clilheroe) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1983 Insofar as it [I relates to the west side of Moor Lane between points 50 I metres and 67 metres southwest of its junction with Woone i
Lane.
2. Prohibit the waiting of taxis and private hire vehicles at any time on any day along the west side of Moor Lane between points 50 metres and 67 metres south west from its junction
with Woone Lane, Clitheroe, Ribble Valley Borough.
3. Restrict the waiting of vehicles to one hour in any two hour period along the west side of Moor Lane between points 50 I metres ana 67 metres south west from its junction with j Woone Lane, Clithereo, Ribble Valley Borough.
