The Director ol Development and Client Services of the Ribble Valley Borough Council has prepared specifications, plans, sections, estimates and
TAKE NOTICE THAT the said Council on the 4th July, 1989 passed a resolution approving of such specifications, plans, sections, estimates and provisional apportionments of estimated expenses.
A copy of the said resolution of approval and the approved specifications, plans, sections, estimates and provisional apportionments of estimated expenses (or copies thereof) certified by the said Director of Development and Client Services will be kept deposited at the office of the Director of Development and Client Services, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, during one month from the 13th July, 1989, and will be open to inspection, free of charge, .from Monday lo Friday each week during normal office hours.
AND THAT within the said month the owner of premises liable to be charged with any part of the expenses of executing the said works may, by written notice to the said Council, object to the proposals.
