Apologies to all our readers who missed us last week. We had a slight mix up with it being Bank Holiday Monday.

Our opening date is now firmly set at

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19th but more about that next week.

Things are really beginning to come togeiher well now. Malcolm from Porters Plumbors is back again installing fixtures and fittings. Donald Cowperthwaite

has finished tiling so the toilots will soon be complete. The only problem now is that everyone is working in

the kitchen causing problems for tho making of lunch, etc: But as they all want feeding, they soon move.

Hopefully if the weather stays fine the outside should be finished by Sunday night.
