AN appeal has been made to villagers in Chatbum to report incidents of van dalism to the police. Chatbum Parish Coun
cil issued the plea, follow ing damage to footbridge protective boards and a stile at the rear of Stone Bridge Mill. The council believes
this .is the only way to combat the recent spate of vandalism in the village.
