Steven promotes
fete
AFTER 20 years sketch ing old buildings for hobby, Mr Steven Burke, of Woone Lane, Clitheroe, has turned his leisure time artistic attentions to producing a scale drawing with a difference, of Trini ty Youth and Community Centre’ s forthcoming Clitheroe Castle fete. Mr Burke, an assistant
leader at the centre, has drawn a poster graphical ly showing not only the planned fete attractions, but their intended loca tions. He intends to produce
about 500 copies for dis tribution in Clitheroe, to promote the fete on Sep tember 3rd. Mr Burke (35) hopes his
contribution will help pull in the crowds for a family day out that will raise money towards the major extension being built the centre.
