were Mr T. Adey and Mr F. Walker, Mrs R. Pye and Mr T. Thornber.

out an excise licence she was fined £30 and ordered to pay £17 back duty. For failing to produce a
driving licence she was granted an absolute dis charge. She was ordered to pay £5 costs. The offences came to
light when a poiiceman noticed her car was not displaying a tax disc. She told the magis
trates that the matters were overlooked because
of the death of a relative.
