rights THE conflict of interest between ramblers, and the NFU over public rights of way across fields could worsen in the coming months, Mr Andrew Dalby, of the Ramblers’ Association headquarters, London, told the annual meeting of the NE Lancs area branch of the Rambr l e r s ’ A s so c ia t io n at Clitheroe.
