Remarks meant for the council
I REFER to the report in last week’s Adver tiser regarding certain remarks made by me at the Council’s Housing Committee on an applica tion by a Whalley family to buy their council

the works, banks, clubs, hotels, shops, the library, town hall offices and schools. The Rotary of Clitheroe
