The North Western Electricity Board hereby give notice that with effect from 1 September 1979 the maximum charge at which electricity supplied by the Board to any person (whether supplied on the Board's domestic tariff or other­ wise) may be resold for use by some other person for domestic purposes in any type of accommodation, shall be a charge qf not more than 3.55p per unit plus a charge of not more than 4.1 p for each day on which the supply is made available to that other person.
