CONCERN about poorly lit areas of Waddington is leading the parish council to negotiate with Lanca shire County Council and the Ribble Valley Council to review lighting in the village.
Mr Eric Edmondson said at a public meeting on Monday that although lighting was adequate on the main highway through the village, there were areas which were badly lit. These included West
