CLITHEROE and district people should look around and see:if there is any voluntary social-task they can do, Mr Alan Daniels, a member of the Toe H regional

FOUND DRUNK A MAN found lying on the doorstep of a house in Well- gate, Clitheroe, was fined £5 fo r being drunk. David Anderson Williams (50), of Eastmoor Drive, Clitheroe, was said to have been only able to stand with help. . He refused to give his name and address to a policeman and was arrested.
