among five awards announced yesterday, by Mr. Milton Lip- son, American Express Vice President-Corporate Security, at the 75th Annual Conference of the International Associa­ tion of Chiefs of Police (IACP) now being held in Honolulu. The Awards, being, made for


the first, time, . were instituted by'the international travel and financial': service organisation in May of this year to encour­ age significant advances in police sciences and techniques. The scheme is administered by IACP whose panel of judges select the whiners.
