Drivers Pickles, a fifth-generation family business based in Leicester have recently added four exciting new products to their expansive range of gourmet pickles, relishes and chutneys.
Based in Paisley in the West of Scotland, JTS is a fair trade enterprise set up to facilitate the import and distribution of fairly traded food products to the UK. They empower and educate producers and consumers, through the fair purchasing and sale of delicious food products from the developing world.

Their range celebrates traditional flavours from Roni’s heritage, as well as modern products that aim to reflect the diverse tastes of the islands while keeping within local traditions.
The Wooden Spoon Preserving Company produces a unique range of traditional and contemporary preserves by hand only natural ingredients and is situated in a beautiful rural location in Wye, Kent. The artisan production is supported by modern filling and capping equipment to optimize efficiency without impacting on quality.

Loving Foods Ltd The Scottish Bee Co Boddington’s
At the family farm in Cornwall, Boddington’s Strawberry Conserve (extra jam) is made in small batches, by hand. They use a traditional open pan cooking method and a farmhouse recipe, no artificial preservatives, colourings, flavourings or setting agents.
Today, The Scottish Bee Company has over 500 hives equating to around 25 million bees at the height of summer. Here is the link to our sister charity –

Loving Foods produce a range of organic, gut-friendly fermented food and drink, including Sauerkrauts, Kimchis and Kombuchas. Made locally, from all natural ingredients, at their eco-friendly headquarters near the historic Bridgewater Canal in Manchester, every batch they produce is hand-made, fermented for a minimum of three weeks, and is always 100% raw and unpasteurised.
