Accelerates Global Growth Engineering firm CSD Sealing Systems is entering a new phase of expansion aſter achieving three consecutive years of more than 50% year-on-year growth, strengthening its leadership team and announcing plans to triple the size of the business over the coming years.
Founded by Group Managing Director David Ripley, North East-based CSD has built a global reputation for delivering technically advanced cable transits, pipe penetrations and sealing solutions that protect critical infrastructure. From next-generation data centre developments, to large-scale power-generation projects and complex naval programmes, CSD continues to play a key role in delivering the safety, resilience and longevity required for some of the world’s most advanced projects.
Over the last three decades, the business has been recognised for bringing world-leading innovations into the UK market - most notably through long-standing partnership with Dutch manufacturer Beele Engineering, and through its sister business Sanivar, which delivers the cutting-edge Neofit®+Plus pipeline rehabilitation system throughout Europe.
The team delivers projects across the UK as well as the rest of the world, with notable projects in Scandinavia, Australia and Canada over the last 24 months, exporting UK engineering expertise around the globe.
To support its next stage of growth, CSD has expanded its board with the appointment of three long-standing team
members, appointing Nichola Coates as Financial Director, Anthony Jordan as Operations Director and Peter Litchfield as Sales & Technical Director.
Together, the new directors bring more than a century of combined experience within the business. CSD currently employs over 40 people around the UK and is actively recruiting, with a number of specialist roles planned throughout 2026.

To support its continued growth and global reach, CSD launch a new, expanded website in January 2026, incorporating enhanced technical resources, improved digital tools for engineers, and a streamlined experience across both CSD Sealing Systems and Sanivar.
