Beecher’s ART ANTIQUES l l INTERIORS

DISCOVER H.ART AT BEECHER'S: A DIFFERENT WAY TO MEET THE ARTISTS

This September, Beecher's is delighted to be taking part in h.Art (Herefordshire Art Week), opening its doors from 5–13 September with a fresh approach that celebrates the artists at the centre of the gallery.

Rather than presenting a traditional exhibition, Beecher's is transforming the gallery into a series of intimate artist spaces. Each resident artist will have a dedicated area featuring one or two works displayed on the wall, alongside a curated selection of additional pieces for visitors to browse. The aim is to recreate something of the experience of stepping into an artist's studio – a chance to pause, explore, and gain a deeper appreciation of each artist's practice and the breadth of their work.

The exhibition brings together an inspiring collection of painters, printmakers, ceramicists and makers, offering visitors the opportunity to discover both established favourites and new creative voices. Whether you're an experienced collector or simply curious about the county's thriving arts scene, h.Art at Beecher's promises a welcoming and engaging experience.

Adding another dimension to this year's event, Beecher's will also host a programme of 45-minute artist talks across both Saturdays of h.Art. These informal sessions will give visitors the opportunity to

Whether you're planning a dedicated art trail or simply looking for an inspiring day out, Beecher's welcomes you to be part of h.Art 2026 from 5–13 September.

hear directly from participating artists about their inspiration, techniques and creative journeys, while offering the chance to ask questions in a relaxed setting.

As this is Beecher's first year participating in h.Art, the team is excited to see the conversations and connections that emerge throughout the week. More than an exhibition, it is an invitation to spend time with the artwork, meet the people who create it, and experience the gallery as a place of discovery.
