HAIR COACHING IS THE DIFFERENCE
For me, the service does not end when the client leaves the salon. I want them to understand their own hair well enough to care for it confidently between appointments. That means explaining the why behind the ritual, product, timing, brush, massage, extension maintenance, wash routine and daily habits that protect the result.
This is where my work feels different from traditional hairdressing. I am not interested in quick fixes that photograph well but leave the client confused at home. I want them to leave with clarity, confidence and calm. When someone understands their hair instead of battling it, everything changes.
GROWING PEOPLE, NOT JUST A SALON
Another part of this year that has felt deeply important is the growth of the salon itself, not only in numbers, but in spirit, confidence and skill. I care enormously about the team around me. Their learning, confidence and future in this industry matter to me.
I have always been hungry for training, and I never want to lose that. The industry keeps evolving, and the moment you think you know everything is the moment you stop truly serving your clients. I want that same hunger in the salon: more questions, sharper eyes, refined hands and deeper understanding.
As the team grows, I want education to remain part of the culture, not an occasional extra. To me, leadership is not standing at the front. It is bringing people with you, sharing knowledge generously and creating a place where clients and team members feel cared for.
