For the second year in a row, Liam Cash and his team were named as the Professional Football Grounds Team of the Year at the Grounds Management Association (GMA) Industry Awards.


Head Groundsman, Liam was also rewarded with a ‘Pioneer Legacy’ trophy, an initiative that celebrates individuals who have made a lasting impact on the industry through the GMA’s NextGen group.

The GMA Industry Awards 2025 brought the grounds management community together for an unforgettable evening at Anfield Stadium, celebrating the exceptional achievements of professionals across the sector.


Sky Sports presenter, Kyle Walker, led the night’s celebrations which showcased the very best in the industry, recognising those who go above and beyond to maintain world‑class playing surfaces and green spaces.
