Record-breaking Giving Day
The power of Palmer was on display during Giving Day on May 1, 2025, surpassing all expectations. Five hundred and forty-four donors from 45 states and seven countries raised more than $151,000 in support of students, scholarships and the programs that keep Palmer strong.
In response to a challenge gift, students gave in record numbers to the Palmer Student Emergency Relief Fund (PSERF), which helps students navigate unexpected financial hardships so they can stay focused on their education. More than meeting the challenge, 88 students gave to the PSERF — they showed up for their school, for one another, and for the profession they’re stepping into. Giving Day is about more than donations — it’s about strengthening the culture of philanthropy at Palmer, and it demonstrates that the Palmer community is rooted in generosity, service and shared purpose.
