elcome to the February/March 2026 issue of International Water Power & Dam Construction, our first combined
edition and the beginning of a new publishing schedule for the year ahead. After careful consideration, we have taken the decision to merge selected issues in 2026. This edition brings together February and March, with further combined issues planned for July/August and November/December. While the magazine has proudly been published monthly for many years, evolving market conditions, particularly on the commercial side, have encouraged us to rethink how we best serve our readers and partners. We see this not as a reduction, but as a refinement. By combining certain issues, we are able to maintain the high editorial standards our audience expects, while offering deeper insight, stronger thematic focus, and enhanced visibility for contributors and advertisers alike. Each merged issue will provide expanded features, authoritative technical articles, project reports, and industry analysis, continuing to deliver value in every edition. Importantly, our commitment to timely industry coverage remains unchanged. Our website continues to publish daily news, ensuring that key developments across the global hydropower and dam engineering sectors are reported as they happen. In addition, our regular digital features, technical commentary, and project updates will continue to provide the in-depth perspective our readers rely upon.
We are also seeing excellent growth across our digital channels, particularly on LinkedIn, where we share daily posts and engage with a rapidly expanding professional community. This multi- platform approach allows us to complement the authority of the print magazine with the immediacy and reach of digital media, strengthening the overall presence of International Water Power & Dam Construction within the sector. As the industry evolves, so too must we. These changes position us to remain sustainable, focused, and responsive, while continuing to champion innovation, best practice, and engineering excellence across the global water power community. Finally, we would like to thank our advertisers and partners for their continued support. Industry media thrives on collaboration, and advertising remains a vital way to showcase products, services, and expertise to a highly targeted international audience. If you are looking to reach decision-makers across hydropower, dams, and water infrastructure, we encourage you to speak with our team about the opportunities available across print, digital, and social platforms. Together, we can ensure that this essential
sector continues to have the strong, informed voice it deserves.
