UK/INTERNATIONAL ADCC forges international franchise partnership for high-end garment returns

American Dry Cleaning Company (ADCC) has announced an exclusive international master franchise partnership with The Return thereturn.online in London – the next-generation reverse logistics solution founded in Houston, Texas. The Return is a tech-enabled returns infrastructure purpose-built for luxury and high-end retailers.

Processing returns for indirectly for designer brands like Loro Piana and Valentino, The Return addresses the two major challenges facing luxury commerce: high return costs and the need for enhanced security due to elevated item values.

Leveraging its established network of 35 branches across London, ADCC is launching The Return London, positioning its drycleaning storefronts as high- trust, high-touch drop-off points. These locations serve as micro-hubs where returns are inspected, verified, and either relisted for resale or returned to brand partners—all while reducing turnaround time and cost for brands and consumers alike.

“Our partnership with The Return aligns perfectly with what ADCC does best,” said Julian Stone, managing director at ADCC. “Our staff are trained to handle high-value garments with care and precision, which makes us a natural extension of the luxury customer experience.”

ADCC’s footprint across exclusive

London boroughs like Knightsbridge, Chelsea, and Kensington gives The Return London a premium advantage. Meanwhile, expansion discussions are already under way in the Middle East and beyond. “This partnership is a signal of what’s next for post-purchase: branded, boxless, and built for a circular economy,” said Stone. ADCC has also tied up with Deliveroo for pick up and delivery for its customers.
