streamlines workflows and ensures the safety of personnel and equipment. Other features include an LED status
indicator for clear visual feedback on hook status, a high-capacity battery for extended productivity and dual remote control setup for enhanced security and error mitigation. “Up until now, we have only developed
failsafe solutions that cannot drop a suspended load. Some customers have been contacting us, asking for a drop test
solution. In the market there are some drop test hooks, but customers did not find them good enough. Some lacked a remote-control option. Some are hydraulic or pneumatic. Some are not reliable or lack safety measures. With the D10, we are making a drop test hook which is safer, with the dual order and remote release to ensure it’s done at a safe distance for the operator,” said Oscar Fillol, CEO, Elebia. “In the past, all of our products were designed to be failsafe, to be inherently impossible to drop a suspended load. “So, to design a drop test hook, we had

to start from scratch. Of course, it had to be electric, powered by removable and rechargeable batteries, with load cell option, remote controlled, and backed by all the elebia ecosystem to make it smart and safe.” Fillol added, compared to its competitors it offers remote control, dual verification with two commands, and consequently, an optimal distance to work safely. Electrical, for low maintenance, and battery powered for convenience. Additionally, it has strengthened the
safety aspect by making the certification process mandatory, which trains the user before operating the hook. Training can be done online, in a quick, and convenient manner.
