is not just about erecting walls and structures; it is about building a more prosperous future, creating a more efficient work environment and delivering excellent products to our customers. “Every detail of this project was carefully
planned so that we can continue to meet market demands with innovation, agility and, above all, responsibility. Our new factory represents much more than physical growth – it symbolises our ongoing pursuit of improving the way we operate, how we interact with our partners and, most importantly, how we positively impact the environment and society,” Galtieri concluded. The new facility is equipped with advanced machinery designed to significantly boost STAHL’s production capabilities. “We have further invested in a rigorous and certified welding process, as well as an automated submerged arc welding machine with greater capacity, providing us with high productivity and quality in one of the most critical stages of our manufacturing. Furthermore, we have one
of the largest blasting and painting systems in the industry, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish for our products,” highlighted Leandro Silva, technical and commercial director. “All these investments will result in an
increase of over 100% in the production of load- handling equipment, such as overhead cranes, gantry cranes and hoists, and an increase of nearly 300% in the production of metal structures, including columns, runway beams and auxiliary structures.” The new site also houses STAHLTEC, an advanced training centre aimed at qualifying both employees and customers. Following the formal ceremony, guests were invited on guided tours to observe the facility and its operations, followed by a special buffet offering a chance to network and celebrate. STAHL’s new factory represents a major leap
forward, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation, quality and sustainability. It marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter of growth and continued achievement.
