From ‘playing host’ to family and friends as a child, Jeremy is now doing the job for real as the General Manager of a prestigious hotel. He shares the amazing opportunities his career choice has given him.
I really enjoyed home-cooking when I was young; I loved the idea of entertaining people. After school, having decided I wanted to be a chef, I looked at different courses and decided on my local college, Brockenhurst. I did both NVQ Level 1 and 2, over two years, which was great. We switched around, one week working in the kitchen,
