BG’s Neo Slimline specified for contemporary villa development in Emaar South


Emaar South is a newly constructed villa subcommunity near Dubai South close to the Al Maktoum International Airport and the Dubai – Abu Dhabi highway. BG Electrical has supplied wiring accessories for a major project involving the construction of 372 townhouses.The Nexus Storm Weatherproof range of switches and socket outlets were specified for this project.


Nexus Storm is a selection of IP66 rated wiring accessories designed to protect against water and dust ingress in the most arduous of conditions. Features include a robust, high impact and UV stable housing complete with see-through covers. Nexus Storm is designed to be quick and easy to wire with multiple gland entry positions whilst still maintaining an ergonomic but user-friendly design. A recent addition includes the external WiFi extender socket which is easy to install and setup with one-touch WPS and is perfect for streaming music and videos or playing online games outside in the garden and is compatible with all wireless broadband routers.


Neo Slimline moulded wiring accessories are available in four attractive finishes Silver, Champagne, White and Pearl White and offers a flexible solution of power, data, telephone, television and audio combinations to suit many needs. Style features include wide rockers and concealed fixing screws with practical slim profile clip-on covers and LED indicators as well as being quick and easy to install.
