This year marked one full year of the new
Queens.edu. Launched in October 2023, our new digital front door is a completely redesigned experience, offering easier navigation, user focused content, more compelling visuals, and information that’s easily accessible. One year in, we continue to refine and adapt as we collect new data points and invest in new tools that offer us greater insights than ever before. All of this important work is paying off. Our metrics show year-over-year gains in our overall views as well as in some of our most important pages.

Key Pages: Special focus on our Admissions pages to make the user journey as engaging and relevant as possible on both the undergraduate and graduate side.
2024 Highlights Include:
• Working with outside partners to refine our search engine optimization (SEO) so we’re doing everything possible to maximize our visibility across the internet. This includes taking a look at the words on the pages to make sure they reflect our brand voice and are highly searchable. We also invested in a new tool that gives us greater insights into our SEO and how people find us.
• Complete revamp of our web search function, meaning users can find what they want as quickly as possible.
• Investing in another tool that shows us details about how users are experiencing our website.
• Kicking off work that will enhance our Queens Calendar to give maximize visibility to all of the great things happening around campus.
• Direct work with our campus partners to make sure their pages on
Queens.edu are as impactful as possible.
Creating a dedicated place for Royal Stories, where you can read all about our students, faculty, alumni, and many other Royals making an impact.
