Our distinctive approach to education has the potential to be the driving force behind Charlote’s talent pipeline. The city’s business community won’t need to look globally for qualified professionals when a skilled workforce is being cultivated right down the street on Selwyn Avenue. With our internship requirement for graduation, extensive volunteer service efforts, and deep connections to the broader community, Royals are uniquely prepared to make a real difference in the Queen City. We must capitalize on this symbiotic relationship in the coming years so that even more graduates choose to build their careers right here in Charlote.
“QUEENS UNiVERSiTY iSN’T JUST EDUCATiNG STUDENTS—WE ARE CULTiVATiNG ENGAGED CiTiZENS WHO WiLL SHAPE THE FUTURE OF CHARLOTTE. BY iNVESTiNG iN OUR STUDENTS, WE’RE STRENGTHENiNG THE CiViC FABRiC OF OUR CiTY, ENSURiNG THAT FUTURE LEADERS, iNNOVATORS, AND CHANGEMAKERS CHOOSE TO STAY HERE, SERVE HERE, AND LEAD HERE.” —
