Tibu: a very modern convenience


A NEW solar-powered light purposely designed for portable toilets and showers has been launched by Solar Technology International.


Tibu light is an auto movement light which switches off after 90 seconds so that it can deliver up to 240 activations in any 24-hour period. The in-built 3W solar cell can charge the battery from flat to full in as little as five hours.


Tibu is ideal for sites of all kinds where there is little or no access to grid power and it is a clean, silent alternative to lights powered by a generator.


Tibu is made from a tough, impact resistant ABS material and an anti-theft lock prevents it from being shaken or dislodged during cleaning, loading and transportation. It is fully weather resistant and comes with a two-year warranty.
