Westminster Property Association (WPA) is the collective voice for real estate in the West End. Our 250 corporate members are the leading owners, investors, professional advisors and developers of property in the City of Westminster and neighbouring areas of Central London.


Events


To support an informed and engaged membership, WPA organises a busy calendar of networking events. These include breakfast seminars, round- table discussions, building launches, receptions and our Annual Lunch and Annual Dinner.


Advocacy


We represent our members’ interests to policymakers at local, regional and national government. We champion Central London’s built environment as a major driver of national economic growth.


Research


The association commissions research reports that support our engagement with policymakers and educate the membership on pertinent industry issues.
