The Quayside is a hub of culture, with the Custom House playing host to some great literary events as part of the Quay Words programme, and the nearby Cygnet Theatre offering a varied theatrical programme in an intimate setting. During the summer there are outdoor events and markets every weekend, and the annual Heritage Harbour Festival celebrates the Quayside’s Heritage Harbour status.


Just a short, ten-minute walk from Exeter city centre, the Quayside is easy to reach on foot, or catch the G bus from the city centre.
