ASSOCIATED PARK COUNCIL 13-19 yrs
A program that keeps youth stay off the streets while empowering them to be productive members of society. APC gives youth ages 13- to 19-years-old a vehicle to express themselves in an organized and structured forum. APC is not just a youth program or a Teen Club, but, it’s a program where leaders are shaped, friendships are built, and where youth have the ability to bring forth ideas, take action and enact change.
