Find out how the experts create beautiful cakes. This 18-hour certificate program prepares you with the basic cake decorating skills needed to start a cake business, obtain a position as an entry level decorator (bakery/grocery store), or for personal pleasure. Learn the perfect techniques in creating beautiful flowers using royal icing, piping embellishments, and an introduction to sugar paste flowers. A list of all required supplies will be handed out at the first class. On the first night of class, bring piping tips (purchase only the tips listed on the online materials list); disposable piping bags; small pair of scissors; half sheet coated cake board; cake spatula; and a small container of prepared Wilton Decorator's Buttercream.
