As a horse person him- self, he understands that getting out of barn and into Annapolis to be active on issues can be overwhelming for many horse people. Always entertaining, David’s “backstage tour” of the halls of power is always entertaining and the perfect intro for horse people who want to be more involved. To join the tour, please be at the MHC meeting room by 4:45 p.m.
