Savannah Fulton of Full Moon Farm in Finksburg jumped clean on cross- country with Brave New World (pic- tured) and Esstoga Tune in the CCI2*. Rails in show jumping moved her down to 41st with Brave New World and 43rd with Esstoga Tune.

Tamra Smith of Cali- fornia lead the CCI2* division from start to fi nish, completing on a dressage score of 40.9.


Grace Fulton (Full Moon Farm, Finksburg) and Wild Orange moved up considerably in the CCI2* from 60th after dressage to 35th after show jumping.


Point Nemo, owned by Rumsey Keefe (Sandy Spring) and ridden by Alyssa Peterson (WV) fi nished the Young Event Horse 4-Year-Old East Coast championships in seventh place.


Canadian Selena O’Hanlon and Foxwood High topped the CCI3*.


Dayton resident Sydney Solomon jumped double clean on the CCI2* cross- country course with Early Review C to move up to 35th place. With only one rail falling in show jump- ing, she moved up the standings again, fi nish- ing the competition in 28th place.


Colleen Rutledge (Frederick) sat in second place after dressage on a score of 39.8 in the CCI3* with her homebred Covert Rights. They jumped clean and inside the time on cross-country to take over the lead but 12 jump penal- ties in show jumping dropped them to ninth overall.

This was former Marylander Alyssa Peterson’s second trip around FHI with a homebred! This year she fi nished 36th in the CCI2* aboard the Maryland-bred Stormin’ Truth, by the Maryland stallion Salute the Truth and out of her Advanced mare Stormin’ Bar- bie. Alyssa and Stormin’ Barbie competing at the 2007 FHI graced the cover of The Equiery’ 2009 issue.
