Maryland Will Miss...
Potomac Hunt Club member Ronald Lynn Breland of Barnesville died on November 7. He was 70. Ronald grew up in Martinsburg, WV, and graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Mechani- cal Engineering. Before college, he served in the U.S. Army. For more than 20 years, he was the CEO and owner of Selbre Associates. Ronald was also a member of the Sugarloaf Riding Club.
Charles “Ladd” Proctor, father of Howard County-
Iron Bridge Hounds whipper-in Dale Proctor, died on November 5. He was a WWII veteran serving in the U.S. Navy. Ladd was an active member of the Mt. Airy VFW, Mt. Airy American Legion and Mt. Airy Chapter IWLA.
Congratulations to event rider Carly Nicole Easton (Olney) and John Chiantella Davis (Damascus) on their October 27 wedding. T e couple now live in Mt. Airy.

Lucy Kay Wright has joined the team at Reichs Ford Farm in Ijamsville as assistant barn manager.
Louise Oliveri, grandmother of Katherine O. Rizzo and Margaret Rizzo McKelvy, died on November 9 at the age of 90. Louise worked for decades at St. Barn- abas Hospital in T e Bronx, NY, while raising three daughters. She often traveled to Maryland with her husband Joseph to watch her grandchildren compete in local events.
