Sergeant Russ Robar and Big D of the Balti- more City Mounted Unit won 2018’s Klinger Award. This award is presented to a horse, individual or organization that best demon- strates the values of honor and service. It is presented to honor Klinger, a special horse who served on the 3rd U.S Infantry Regi- ment Caisson Platoon.
