Tucson, Ariz.-basedWatermark Senior Living celebrated the grand opening of The Hacienda at the River, a new community off ering assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing in Tucson. The community features a health care collaborative with the University of Arizona, which will include equine and horticultural therapy programs.

St. Louis, Mo.-based Allegro Management Company welcomed Osprey Lodge, located in Tavares, Fla., and Crane’s View Lodge, located in Clermont, Fla., to their portfolio. Osprey Lodge, built in 2012, features 142 apartments for assisted living and memory care. Crane’s View Lodge, built in 2014, of- fers 145 apartments also for assisted living and memory care. The two communities will retain their brand, but will operate un- der Allegro Management Company.
Belmont Village, headquartered in Hous- ton, Texas, recently opened Belmont Vil- lage Albany in Albany, Calif. featuring 175 residences for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The community is affi liated with the University of California Berkeley Retirement Center. Additionally, the community recently broke ground on

its Belmont Village Lincoln Park community in Chicago, Ill., which will feature 149 resi- dences for assisted living and memory care. The company also celebrated the “topping out” of its Belmont Village Lakeway com- munity in Austin, Texas, scheduled to open in summer 2018. The community will off er 156 residences for independent living, assist- ed living, and memory care.
Civitas Senior Living, based in Ft. Worth, Texas, was awarded the managing contract for Élan Manatee, an assisted living and memory care community in Bradenton, Fla. Construction is scheduled to begin on the community in October 2017.
Blacksburg, Va.-based HHHunt recently opened Spring Arbor Cottage of Richmond, located in Richmond, Va. The community can serve up to 48 residents and off ers a specialized model for memory care. The community consists of three interconnect-
ed cottages that can each serve 16 residents. The company also announced the opening of Spring Arbor of Cary, located in Cary, N.C. The community off ers 40 assisted liv- ing and 40 memory care residences.
Integral Senior Living (ISL), headquartered in Carlsbad, Calif., announced Stonecrest of Wildwood is currently under develop- ment, with plans to open in spring 2018. The community, located in Wildwood, Mo., will offer 49 assisted living apart- ments and 32 memory care suites. ISL also celebrated the grand opening of The Pointe at Lifespring in August. The com- munity, located in Knoxville, Tenn., off ers 68 apartments, including 40 for assisted living and 28 for memory care. Addition- ally, ISL announced that it has been se- lected to manage Sunnycrest Senior Living, an independent living and assisted living community offering 130 apartments in Fullerton, Calif.
