Big Wheel ‘Voulez-Vous?!’ is an interactive, immersive French language workshop provided by Big Wheel, a Theatre in Education group that uses drama to train, teach and inspire. Modelled on a TV magazine-style show, each workshop can be delivered in a fl exible format with the school picking from a range of ‘items’ such as a game show, competitions, surveys, quizzes, ad breaks, time checks, catchphrases and the weather. This fl uid structure allows Big Wheel to adapt the workshop to suit any age and ability. Big Wheel can accommodate up to 60 pupils per session, with a maximum of four workshops in a day. Running time varies from 45 minutes for Key Stage 1 to 90 minutes for Key Stage 3 students.

Language Angels This package of ready-made teaching resources provides a complete scheme of work with enough units and materials to teach a foreign language throughout primary school. Written by teachers for teachers, all resources follow the national curriculum and are focused around the programme of study attainment targets. Lessons use games and songs, along with interactive whiteboard materials. Each language also has four cultural lessons, so pupils are able to learn more about the heritage of the language they are learning. Schools can enjoy a free six-week trial before signing up.
