Quality improvement (QI) tools for change workshop This practical one-day workshop is aimed at helping teams of three to 10 people turn improvement ideas into a structured QI project. QI improvement practitioner course


This course focuses on understanding the model for improvement and the basics of how to apply QI tools and techniques. It requires 10.5 hours of study leave over three days. Email imperial.quality.improvement@ nhs.net to book.
