ur staff networks play an increasingly important role in supporting our equality, diversity and inclusion commitments. Each network programme has its own members, objectives and schedule. Each network is sponsored by an executive director to make


sure they have Board level impact.

BLACK, ASIAN AND MINORITY ETHNIC (BAME) NURSING AND MIDWIFERY NETWORK Chairs: Winny Thomas and Katharine Brown


Key objectives: Connect and support nurses and midwives from BAME communities and help the Trust meet its race equality objectives. Get involved: Contact winsome.thomas@nhs.net


BLACK, ASIAN AND MINORITY ETHNIC (BAME) TRUST-WIDE NETWORK Chair: Shanika Forsyth, Shreene Swann and Kamal Pasha
