Cockpit HKS Performance
Murray Motorsport are Ireland’s largest HKS distributors. As an offi cial distributor we carry a huge range of products and our workshop staff are trained in fi tting HKS parts.
1 DOWNPIPE
For maximum exhaust fl ow and quicker turbo spool up, down pipe is a bolt-on application that will mount to the stock turbo and/or to a HKS turbo upgrade kit. Certain HKS Downpipe applications are made
from coated stainless steel or polished SUS304 stainless steel piping.
3 INNER MUFFLER SILENCER Available for 120mm, 115mm and 94mm
diameter tip muffl er applications, these stainless steel - removable inner silencers insert into the tip section of the muffl er to off er an average of 7dB reduction in exhaust noise for most applications.
5 SUPER AIR FILTER
HKS high performance Super Air Filter are a direct replacement for OE fi lters when a factory airbox is required or preferred. Super Air Filters feature a newly developed dry non-woven fabric fi lter element for reduced airfl ow resistance and high dust collection capacity.

SPF REPLACEMENT FILTER ELEMENT
Suitable for 150 or 200mm diameter SPF. Available in Dry 3 layer (Green) or Wet 2 layer (Red or Yellow).
8 IRIDIUM SPARK PLUGS
HKS M-Series Super Fire Racing spark plugs are high performance Iridium plugs designed to handle advanced levels of tuning and still off er easy start-up and smooth idling.
2 SS EXHAUST MANIFOLD
HKS Exhaust manifolds are upgrade units. The stainless steel tubular manifolds utilise precision craftsmanship and off er fl awless fi tment for each application.
Each manifold is designed to promote maximum exhaust fl ow for increased power.
4 EXHAUST MUFFLER HKS off er a huge range of exhaust system
for both turbocharged and naturally aspirated applications. The piping design off ers greater fl ow and higher-RPM power gains.
6 SUPER POWER FLOW
Engineered to dramatically reduce the restriction caused by factory air
boxes. Provides better engine response, more power and better fuel economy.
9 CAMSHAFTS
HKS high performance camshafts are CAD designed to optimize torque and horsepower over the widest possible power band. Each application is off ered in multiple profi les with
their own lift and duration characteristics to suit various levels of tuning. Lower profi les off er substantial gains in power and a broad useable power band with little compromise in drivability. Higher profi les off er greater increases in power, but are tailored for the higher RPM range and racing applications.
10 ADJUSTABLE CAM PULLEYS
HKS Adjustable Cam Gears allow fi ne tuning of the camshaft timing to maximize engine performance and tailor power characteristics. Either with OEM or HKS Camshafts, adjustments can be made to tune an engine’s power band to the optimum RPM range for a particular application. HKS Cam Gears are made completely of anodized Duralumin with nickel plated gear teeth except for applications with timing chains which utilize an aluminium slide with steel teeth.
12 VALVE SPRINGS
HKS valve springs are stiff er springs specifi cally designed for use with HKS camshafts. As valve train dynamics change with the use of high performance cam profi les and greater lift, stiff er valve springs are needed to optimize valve movement. When changing to a high lift cam, stock springs cannot match the increased valve train movement. Therefore HKS engineered valve springs that are precisely matched to the characteristics of HKS camshafts.
106 11 HEADGASKETS
HKS metal head gaskets are engineered to resist severe levels of heat that are generated by high-horsepower and high-boost applications. Constructed with multiple layers of steel and coated with a special fl uorine rubber they are designed to accommodate standard and certain oversized cylinder bores.
13 FORGED PISTON KITS
HKS forged aluminium pistons are complete sets including piston rings, wrist pins and retaining clips. Piston sets are available in standard cylinder bore size, as well as factory recommend over-bore sizes. The surfaces and top ring lands of HKS pistons are nickel plated.
