Murray Motorsport was established in 1990 by Joe and Ann Murray. Joe won his fi rst Rally in 1972 and is still heavily involved in the sport. Their son Eoin a Director of the company, has raced at semi-professional level in various series across Europe including the BTCC. Younger son Niall is currently one of Ireland’s top drivers, he is a multiple UK Formula Ford champion and has recently tried his hand at drifting. Both Eoin and Niall regularly compete in various motorsport disciplines, over the years they have both been awarded scholarship programs with funding from Motorsport Ireland and the Irish Sports Council.
Initially a workshop facility for the preparation and maintenance of competition cars they expanded into sales in 1994 when they were appointed Ireland’s fi rst offi cial Sparco distributor. Today Murray Motorsport are distributors for most of the leading motorsport brands. In 2020 they will move to a larger premises off ering customers a modern workshop facility and a purpose built motorsport showrooms together with an online store - MurrayMotorsport. com. A vast range of quality motorsport & tuning products are stocked and their mission is as always to bring customers the best possible service and a comprehensive range of products at competitive prices.
Murray Motorsport have won over 35 championship titles and their Race Team have been responsible for running some of the country’s top drivers, they have a wealth of experience in all aspects of motorsport and are more than happy to off er advice and guidance if required.
