Designed specifically to withstand the stresses of kart racing, the Alpinestars Tech-1 K kart boot is composed of a nubuck and microfiber upper for added durability and support. Using Formula 1 derived technology, the Tech-1 K uses an exclusive, ultra thin rubber compound in the sole for greater driver feel, grip and sensitivity. Protection and durability are aided with heel and toe reinforcements, while the asymetrical lacing system coupled with strategically placed perforated ventilation zones along with the anatomical profile of the design provide unsurpassed levels of comfort, fit and performance. Durability, flexibility and comfort are provided through the use of an ergonomic heel construction, along with a Nitrile rubber derived collar padding, which in turn enhances weight saving.

Featuring Achilles-friendly collar design, breathable laser perforations and reinforced external heel, the Tech-1 K Start shoe is constructed from durable and lightweight microfiber for optimized levels of protection, comfort and performance fit. Designed and developed specifically for the stresses of kart racing, the sleek shoe profile guarantees great fit and performance. The multi-compound construction ergonomic polypropylene heel counter, provides support, protection and stability plus an integrated PU fireproof heel for comfort. Lightweight rubber compound sole with textured grip offer improved pedal feel in race conditions, this together with collar padding contructed from Nitrile rubber and lightweight micro-porous padding around the heel and insole enhance comfort and weight saving. Other features include traditional symmetric lacing system and printed graphic elements.

An aggressively-styled driving shoe specifically developed for youth drivers, designed specifically to withstand the stresses of kart racing, the Tech-1 KS is constructed from a lightweight microfiber, the 3D mesh inserts on the tongue and perforated microfiber panels on the heel and sides offer excellent ventilation and ensure high levels of comfort, durability and breathability. Performance features include an innovative rounded heel for support and Alpinestars exclusive rubber compound sole for improved pedal sensitivity and grip. Traditional symmetric lace closure system and hook-and-loop strap grip offers safe and secure fitting.
