For men’s and even women’s jewellery look no further than cufflinks, timeless designs can be created using popular cufflink fittings and blanks. To add versatility to your chain jewellery then chain ends and extenders are great to have.
Tip: When soldering assembled, swiv arm fittings onto your cufflinks, be car not to apply too much heat as this will the sprung mechanism and prevent it working correctly.

Pin Protectors: Pin protectors can either be integral to a brooch fitting in the form of a catch or loop or they can consist of a completely separate component such as a push on stopper. These stoppers can take a variety of forms but are often barrel or bullet shaped and can be useful for stick pins, hat pins and tie pins as well as brooches.
Chain Extenders: A chain extender comprises of a small section of chain (often around two inches), which can be attached via a clasp to a standard necklace, thus adding extra length.
Chain Ends or end caps: Chain ends are used to finish off and secure the raw edges of a chain whilst providing a loop to attach a clasp. They can be clamped or soldered into place and must be able to with stand a reasonable tug when tested.
Cufflink Fittings: The fittings allow a cufflink to be attached to clothing and need to provide some means of security via a stopper. The most popular type consists of a swivelling T-bar located in a u-shaped holder but there are many alternatives available including a simple chain and tag and also a stem and ball fitting.
Cufflink Blanks: Cufflink blanks are flat, pre-cut metal shapes which can be shaped and enhanced to form the decorative element of a cufflink. They are not intended for cufflinks alone and can be used in many other ways. They come fully annealed so are ready to use immediately.
