Jet2holidays Reveals New Self-Serve Options for Agency Partners
JET2HOLIDAYS has launched a brand- new Manage My Booking (MMB) menu for agency partners, making it even easier and quicker for them to self- serve.
The tour operator has written to agency partners to communicate the brand-new changes, which give them the ability to work more efficiently when it comes to performing actions and amendments without having to contact Jet2holidays directly.
The new functionality allows agency partners to better self-serve when it comes to costing up amendments, updating bookings and obtaining documents directly.
It has gone live with immediate effect and is grouped into the following categories so that agency partners can easily carry out actions or obtain information themselves. The categories are: • Amend Booking (passengers, dates, flights, cancellations)
• Amend Hotel (accommodation, board, special requests)
• Add / Amend Essentials (seats, meals, baggage, guaranteed cabin luggage)
• Documents (travel ID, holiday docs, boarding passes)
• Support (FAQs, Assisted Travel, add promo codes, T&Cs)
Jet2holidays has also recently launched new customer service online forms for agency partners, making it easier for them to share customer feedback without having to rely on email. Alan Cross, Director of Travel Agent Relationships at Jet2holidays said: “Our agency partners tell us how much they value the self-serve options that we have in place for them, because they save time and help partners work much more efficiently. We always want to make our service even better, which is why we work so hard to understand what will benefit them and then implement it. These self-serve improvements have been made in line with agent feedback, so we know they will benefit our agency partners enormously.”
