Support and growth Our induction is tailored to suit your needs and we will provide bespoke, ongoing supplier
and product training. We also offer back-office support for all ticketing and administration functions from our head office, allowing you to spend your time generating new business. We provide a company
laptop with the latest booking and reservation technology and access to all travel providers to create bespoke itineraries and package holidays. We are dedicated to helping your business succeed, which is why we also offer incentives, promotions, training, educational trips and an annual conference. Being part of the Hays Travel
Independence Group, we have competitive commission levels negotiated by its dedicated commercial team, including access to more than 300 travel suppliers covering all sectors.
Our commission levels are market-leading. You can retain up to 75% of the commission earned on your bookings, with unlimited earning potential and 60% instant commission. We also don’t charge a setup fee, and keep our monthly fees to a minimum.

Our tailored induction programme offers insight from all areas of the wider business, ensuring you have the knowledge and confidence to drive your business forward, which we will support you with all the way.
TRAVEL AND INCENTIVES
We offer an annual conference, overseas fam trips and incentives, to help you network and learn, along with admin and sales support, while sharing best practices from the wider group and fellow homeworkers.
