At the heart of MSC Cruises’ UK growth is a passionate, experienced sales team dedicated to supporting travel agents across the country. The 19-strong (and growing) team brings a wealth of knowledge, with 85% of them having worked as travel agents. They understand the challenges, opportunities and priorities that arise for agents, shaped by their own first-hand trade experience. Alyshia Bartlett, head of sales UK,

brings 23 years of cruise industry experience, including a decade with MSC Cruises. Alyshia says: “Our trade partners are central to our success. We’ve expanded the team to ensure we’re more visible, connected and proactive.”

COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT On the frontline are six exceptional regional sales managers: Wendy Cameron (Scotland & Northern Ireland),

Vickie Towey (Northwest), Karen Spencer (Northeast), Natasha Smith (Midlands), Danielle Weller (Southeast) and Daniel Short (Southwest & South Wales). They can provide valuable hands-on support, training and agency visits across the UK. They are also supported by national account managers Colin Rillie, Amanda Skilbeck and Carrie Jordan-Dodd, who nurture key relationships and drive growth, alongside a dedicated trade support team that delivers fast, friendly and expert assistance whenever it’s needed. With 23 ships sailing to more than

100 countries, MSC Cruises continues to grow. In December 2026, its 24th vessel, MSC World Asia, will launch and begin sailing from Barcelona around the Mediterranean. And with five more ships coming between 2027 and 2031, MSC Cruises remains focused on long-term expansion while keeping travel agents at the heart of every decision.
