Top Villas capitalises on multigenerational demand for Caribbean
Top Villas has expanded its Caribbean portfolio to tap into growth in the multigenerational market and rising demand for alternatives to hotels. New properties include the
five-bedroom Villa Reve Noir beachfront villa in Anguilla and Barbados’s Godings Beach House. At Casa de Campo resort in
the Dominican Republic, the operator has added the five- bedroom Casa de Campo 217. In the Turks and Caicos
Islands, the Villa Ocean Breeze has been introduced, with 30% off stays in 2025 and 20% in 2026. General manager Ed Frampton-
Fell said: “Agents are telling us that more clients are requesting villa holidays, especially multi-generational trips.”

Sandals expands portfolio of villas and suites with butlers

Sandals Resorts has added butler villas in Saint Lucia and butler suites in Jamaica. At Sandals Regency La Toc in Saint Lucia, the 22
Rondoval Butler Villas with Private Pools are in the newest section of the 220-acre resort. The resort has also opened the Buccan restaurant,
which offers Saint Lucian produce and communal open-air seating. A seven-night stay in a Rondoval Butler Villa with
Private Pool costs from £3,685 on a twin-share basis. The price includes butler service, flights departing September 25 and transfers. Guests staying at the Sandals Regency La Toc can
also use the facilities at the Sandals Halcyon Beach and Sandals Grande Saint Lucian, giving them access to 29 restaurants across the three properties.
Gold Medal puts Barbados programme on sale for 2027
Gold Medal has put 2027 holidays in Barbados on sale amid “lots of interest”. The B2B operator said it is seeing growth across the Caribbean, with Barbados its top-selling destination. Destination manager Ashley Pilkington said the operator was recommending Barbados-St Vincent twin-centre breaks based on St Vincent flights that stop in Barbados en route.

Virgin Atlantic to revive flights to Cancun after six-year hiatus
Virgin Atlantic will resume flights to Cancun on October 19 after a six-year gap. Chief commercial officer Juha Jarvinen said the return to the Mexican resort, along with expanded services to Dubai and Cape Town this winter, reflected strong demand for “premium leisure travel”.

‘official all-inclusive resorts’ for pickleball, one of the UK’s fastest-growing paddle sports. The resorts offer weekly free introductory group
sessions, led by an instructor approved by the USA Pickleball association.

Crystal launches mid-cruise land
